OBJECTIVES:

The objective is to plan for manpower requirement, recruit, pay, transfers, promotions and utilize the service.

To purchase, provide, necessary office equipment and furniture.

ORGANISATION:

The Organization is run by the Board of Directors and Chairman.

The V.C. & Managing Director is the Chief Executive Officer at H.O.

The V.C. & Managing Director is assisted by General Managers / Managers for various Divisions like Production, Quality Control, Processing, Engineering, Finance & Accounts, Secretarial and Pers. & Admn.

The District Manager is the Incharge of the Unit.

He is assisted by Seed Officer, Asst.Accts. Officer,Plant Engineer etc.

Organization charts at Head Office and Units enclosed.

Corporation was established in March, 1976.

Corporation has Registered Office at Hyderabad and 13 Units in 12 Districts where Seed Processing Units, Godowns, Sale Counters and Seed Farms are existing.

CADRE STRENGTH:

The total cadre strength of different categories of posts 203 and the existing staff strength is 110.The gap is being filled up taking employees on outsourcing / contract on need basis.

Pay and Allowance.

Leave Regulations.

Conduct Disciplinary and Appeal Rules.

Traveling Allowance & Daily Allowance Rules (enclosed).

Pay Scales (RPS 2015) enclosed.

ALLOWANCES:

Dearness Allowance, House Rent Allowance, City Compensatory Allowance on par with State Government employees.

CONVEYANCE ALLOWANCE :

Is being paid to the employees in terms of liters and paid with salaries.

MEDICAL REIMBURSEMENT:

Equal to 21 days of Gross Wages per annum paid in 2 (two) instalments one in March and one in September.

Major ailments / surgeries at recognized private hospitals on par with State Government employees.

CHILDREN 's & EDUCATIONAL CONCESSION FEE:

From Class 1st to 10th Rs.400/- per annum per pupil up to 2 children.

Employees in the Pay Scale of Rs.7770-Rs.17455 are eligible for the concession on par with State Government employees.

TEA ALLOWANCE:

All employees Rs.175/- per month.

WASHING ALLOWANCE:

Is being paid @ Rs.100/- per month to Shift Operators / Electricians / Bradma Operators / Roneo Operator / Drivers / Attenders / Watchmen for wearing Uniform.

STOREKEEPER ALLOWANCE:

Employees who are handling Store Rs.350/- per month.

CASH HANDLING ALLOWANCE:

Employees who are handling Cash Rs.350/- per month.

ADDITIONAL CHARGE ALLOWANCE:

Employees who holds additional charge of post of equivalent or higher to their post 1st three months 1/5th of Basic Pay & alloallowances to the maximum limit Next 3 months 1/10th of Basic Pay & allowances to the maximum limit.

SURRENDER OF EARNED LEAVE:

15 days in a financial year &30 days during a block of 2 financial years.

PROCESSING INCHARGE ALLOWANCE:

Employees who act as a Processing Incharge Rs.600/- per month for handling two shifts per day(3 months in every season).

FARM ALLOWANCE:

Employees who work in Farms 5% of Basic Pay.

Loans Details

HOUSE BUILDING ADVANCE:

For construction of New House / Plot / Flat / Repairs, extension and improvement.

Employees drawing Basic Pay up to Rs.13,660/- P.M. in RPS 2010 Rs.5.00 lakhs or 72 times of Basic Pay whichever is less.

Basic Pay above Rs.13660/- and up to Rs.21,820/- P.M. in RPS 2010 Rs.6.00 lakhs or 72 times of Basic Pay whichever is less.

Basic Pay above Rs.21820/- PM and upto Rs.31,550/- P.M. in RPS 2010 Rs.7.50 lakhs or 72 times of Basic Pay whichever is less.

Basic Pay above Rs.31,550/- P.M. in RPS 2010 Rs.10.00 lakhs or 72 times of Basic Pay whichever is less.

Rate of Interest:         For Class IV employees @ 5.00% p.a.

                                       For others @ 5.50% per annum

House Repairs Rs.2.00 lakhs or 20 times of Basic Pay whichever is less Advance will be sanctioned only after 5 years of completion of house.

House Site: Rs.1.00 lakhs or 10 times of basic pay whichever is less.

L.T.C :

Once in a block period of 2 years to Home Town and once in a block period of 4 years to Any where in A.P.

INCENTIVE :

Sales Incentive up to 30 days and performance incentive is paid to employees.

G.S.L.I :

Payable on retirement / resignation / death .
